What was the highlight of Hotel Costa Azul Palma

Easy to find hotel in front of port with nice breakfast, gym and jacuzzi for a relaxing stay

Hotel was in the port part of the city. Easy to find. Paid two times breakfast as was not included, but abundant and fresh. The jacuzzi was like the cherry on top for any day one spent at the beaches or after gym. Pool view was marvelous in front of port with the boats, yachts parked. Gym was clean and good. Room was having all necessary tools for my stay.

No parking provided. Had to pay extra. I ended up parking in the road behind hotel for which you had to do a ride till almost end of port to turn around as there was no nearby turn. Room was a little small. Same for the pool. Lift was normally taking a lot to go up and down.

The view from the pool terrace is amazing!

Lovely to be able to use the pool. The terrace had an amazing view of the bay/harbour. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Free water in the fridge which was a nice gesture.

The room felt a little bit 'cheap' but it was clean and the beds were comfy, so not really a problem.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the old town/center. Harbour infront. The most friendly hotel managers. Lovely place and a pleasure to stay at.

the pool bar staff were so rude, the cleaners dint clear my bins or room properly and there was mould on my pillows and the room was tiny

Short but successful and will return

Balcony and room size were great. The addition of the Free water, particularly in the re-cycle cans is very good. Location excellent and within easy walking distance of Old Town Palma, although due to excessive heat we got a taxi which was only €5 on the return.

Could have done with a little more of the water and also the milk cartons for hot beverages. Slow service at the bar on floor 3

Palma is a lovely place to visit and we enjoyed our stay in Hotel Costa Azul

It is in an excellent location. Short airport transfer, walking distance to old town and cathedral plus plenty of nice restaurants and bars close by. Property is clean and well presented. Facilities we used include sun terrace with pool and bar which has amazing views across the harbour. It did lack atmosphere. Room had nice bathroom and balcony with views across harbour and cathedral in the distance.

The room was small and felt cramped with minimal room around bed, but bathroom was adequately sized.

Fantastic option if you are going to Mallorca!

Located in central Palma it was great to be close to the cathedral and the town centre of all local eateries.

Very clean and welcoming although our room could have some inmprovement

Really near to the city centre, very friendly staff, very clean rooms.

In our room at least, you can hear the shower sound of the rooms beside you. This was suboptimal if your neighbour is showering at 2am. And rather thin walls to the main hall. Lastly, the room was very small which was ok for 1 week but could get problematic for longer stays.

Acceptable

Close to most of public transportation, friendly staff available to help and give you the advise about places to visit and how, they also help to book the taxis and give you facilities for swimming pool. The hotel locates in front of the main port to see the boats and very nice view to the see.

Exactly the week we stay there is the street and street side reparation which make noise and inconvenient with barriers - Also for the see view room we have much more pay compared to the non-see view, but we can not much utilize it due to the noise and dirty dust from the street side reparation, so we can not stay in the balcony for see view.

Our stay was enjoyable. This is a very nice option on the marina in Palma.

The room was nice, breakfast was nice, pool area is very nice. Views of marina and cathedral are great from the pool and deck. The location is walkable to everything we wanted to see and do in Palma, and we found several good restaurants near the hotel.

The location was a bit of a walk to the bus stop for the airport bus and to the historic town center/Soller train station. But a good location for walking to the Bellvar Castle and the waterfront promenade. A shuttle service to/from the airport would be a big plus.

Lovely place and people

The staff was very nice. It felt like an airbnb, not a chain hotel. We got a lot of help, advice and felt very welcomed! We really enjoyed the sauna, it was worth the extra 10Euro. Our balcony looked to the port and the cathedral so we saw the many fireworks all around the city on NYE. Netflix was available in the room and the TV was very large. The breakfast was huge! It was definitely worth the money.

Unfortunately for us. The pavement was being redone when we were staying so it was tricky to go in and out of the hotel. But this is not the hotel's fault.

Warm plates with the cooked breakfast. . . Pity about all the work being done outside, made the area look shabby.

I will definitely come back with my family just as I told them by checking out

The room was ok for 3 Breakfast was good with different varieties You can order for scrambled eggs In front of the hotel is a seaport which added more tourist interest There was a jacuzzi at the hotel, with beautiful front views They have lovely and friendly staffs at the reception. They even have us 1 hour extra for checking out since we had a late flight

In front of the hotel was a road construction which made it impossible to get the hotel view.

Spotless, comfortable bed and great view over balcony

Not the hotel's fault, but major works outside meant a lot of noise during the day. Traffic was noisy in the evening.
